Location: MIDC, Pimpri, Pune Job Purpose The Production & Operations Head will be responsible for managing the complete manufacturing and factory operations for Decanter centrifuges and associated equipment.

The role will ensure on-time production, high product quality, optimum manufacturing cost, efficient utilization of manpower and machines, and timely delivery to customers.

The candidate will lead production planning, Production, quality coordination, maintenance, stores, Documentation, SOP required for the ISO and other relevant certification, coordination with sales & services and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution - Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure production targets are achieved within planned cost and timelines.





Monitor the complete manufacturing cycle of decanter centrifuges from raw material to final dispatch.

Coordinate with Design/Engineering, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.

Identify production bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.

Ensure proper sequencing of jobs to minimize machine idle time and production delays.

Monitor WIP and ensure smooth movement of components between various manufacturing stages.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

MBA/PG Diploma in Operations/Production Management is an advantage.

· 12–20 years in industrial machinery / process equipment / rotating equipment manufacturing

Robust technical understanding of industrial machinery manufacturing.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
