Responsibilities

Coordinate production workflow with the production manager and higher management.

Follow production engineering processes daily to ensure high-quality product output.

Develop best practices to improve production capacity and reliability.

Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

Mentor current team members in testing best practices and automation frameworks.

Estimate testing scope, plan, and monitor testing projects.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of experience in production or relevant fields.

Proficiency in manpower planning and production processes.

Knowledge of infrastructure practices, operations, and standards.

Ability to supervise staff, manage branch operations, and influence at a broader level.

Experience in testing methodologies, including manual, functional, and API testing.

Skills in quality assurance, testing strategies, and test documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize testing processes. Ensure that you have the required experience and skills to lead production operations effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes at Britannia.
