- Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production workflow with the production manager and higher management.

- Follow production engineering processes daily to ensure high-quality product output.

- Develop best practices to improve production capacity and reliability.

- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

- Mentor new team members in testing best practices and automation frameworks.

- Estimate testing scope, plan, and monitor testing projects.

- Requirements:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in production or relevant fields.

- Proficiency in manpower planning and production processes.

- Knowledge of infrastructure practices, operations, and standards.

- Ability to supervise staff, manage branch operations, and influence at a broader level.

- Experience in testing methodologies, including manual, functional, and API testing.

- Skills in quality assurance, testing strategies, and test documentation.

- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize testing processes.
