We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategy

Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will drive the growth and success of Rebat. This role involves market analysis,

strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, enhance

market position, and achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats,

and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define strategic

priorities and align them with operational plans.
- Analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and strategic

investment.
- Prepare and present detailed business plans, reports, and recommendations to the

executive team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments

as necessary.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to support

business growth.




- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation across the organization.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging

technologies in the recycling and sustainability sectors.
- Support fundraising efforts by providing strategic insights and contributing to investor presentations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related

field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or

management consulting, preferably in the recycling, renewable energy, or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
