Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Executive role based in Sonipat.

The Production

Executive will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient execution of production plans and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating workforce and resources on the shop floor, monitoring production output, minimizing wastage, and ensuring timely delivery against schedules. The role involves close collaboration with quality control, maintenance,



and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and maintain continuous improvement.

The Production

Executive will also support documentation, compliance with food safety regulations, and implementation of best practices in production processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to manage schedules, resources, and output efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Food Technology knowledge to understand ingredients, processes, and food safety requirements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to maintain product standards and comply with regulatory and internal specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and guide production staff.
- Relevant experience in food or FMCG manufacturing environments, especially in spices, flavours, or seasonings, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety and quality systems, along with basic MS Office skills, is advantageous.
