Role Description The Production Assistant role at Authent is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting day-to-day production activities, including coordinating with manufacturing teams, tracking orders, and ensuring timelines are met.

The Production

Assistant helps monitor quality standards on the production floor, assists with documentation, and communicates updates to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities also include resolving basic customer queries related to production status, preparing or reviewing production-related documents,



and maintaining accurate records. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of high-quality products. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Production Assistance skills, including coordination, scheduling, and basic understanding of textile or apparel production processes.

Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor product standards, identify defects, and support continuous improvement in production workflows.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Teamwork skills to handle client communications professionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Candidates should possess Editing skills for reviewing production documents, reports, and basic written communication for accuracy and clarity.

Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in common office and production tracking tools, and willingness to learn industry-specific systems.

Relevant experience in manufacturing, textiles, or apparel is an advantage, and a diploma or degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Contact :
