Position: Production Executive

Location – Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Compensation - 20k -35k Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Production Executive to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality, productivity, and productive utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements and workload.

Supervise and manage production workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.

Monitor attendance, productivity, work discipline, and performance of production staff.

Ensure availability of raw materials, components, packaging materials, and other required stock for production.

Coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability of materials.

Maintain proper inventory and stock levels and minimize material wastage.

Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or operational issues.





Take corrective action to avoid production delays and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.

Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.

Follow and enforce company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Monitor wastage, rejection, and rework and take steps to improve production efficiency.

Report daily production status, material requirements, manpower requirements, and major issues to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in production operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good manpower handling and team management skills.

Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of raw material and inventory/stock management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.
