We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing SaaS-based products.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, PRDs, user stories, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a Product Manager role focused on SaaS products, not a Project Manager position. ? Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience working with SaaS-based products ??? ????????????????

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business and customer value

Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and customers

Conduct customer discovery, market research,



and competitor analysis

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demos

Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics

Analyze customer feedback and product performance to drive improvements

Coordinate feature releases, enhancements, and change requests

Act as a bridge between business, customer, and technical teams

Drive continuous product innovation and improvements ???????? ??????

3–4 years of experience in SaaS Product Management

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum

Experience in product roadmap and backlog management

Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams

Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence

Strong understanding of customer needs and translating them into product features

Experience with SaaS-based products is required
