About the Role Analyse customer needs and design a generic implementation.
Responsibilities Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market
Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap
Customer Presentations on key capabilities
Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product
Review the UI and suggest improvements
Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc
Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities
Product releases
Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide positive product insight
