Product Manager – Merchmix

Bengaluru, India

Merchmix is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and build the next generation of retail technology.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Business teams to develop products across our Planning, Merchandising, PLM, Allocation, Planogram, ERP, OMS, WMS and BI suites.

What You’ll Do

- Own features from discovery through launch
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to build intuitive, scalable products
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis and product discovery
- Define workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility
- Work directly with retail customers and internal domain experts
- Analyse product usage and continuously improve existing features

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, retail, e-commerce,



ERP or supply chain products
- Strong product discovery and requirement-gathering skills
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Robust ownership mindset and attention to detail

Experience with retail planning, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, ERP or enterprise SaaS products would be a significant advantage.
