About the Role
As a Product Operations & Technical Program Intern , you will work directly with the founders and collaborate with design, engineering, research, and content teams to ensure our product is well-organized, thoroughly documented, and ready for development.
This is a non-coding role and does not require access to the codebase . Instead, you'll play a critical role in building the operational backbone of the product by maintaining documentation, managing product workflows, organizing technical information, and ensuring every feature is development-ready.
Your work will directly improve collaboration between teams and help us build a scalable,
well-documented product.
Core Responsibilities
Product Documentation
- Document every feature and product module.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Write feature specifications and functional documentation.
- Maintain product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Technical Checklist Management
- Maintain engineering and product checklists.
- Track API documentation.
- Track database schema documentation.
- Monitor feature completion.
- Maintain security, testing, deployment, and release checklists.
- Organize technical documentation.
QA Preparation
- Prepare test cases for every feature.
- Write acceptance criteria.
- Document expected behaviour.
- Create edge-case scenarios.
- Maintain regression testing checklists.
Product Research
- Research competitors and similar products.
- Study industry best practices.
- Explore emerging technologies.
- Prepare comparison reports.
- Suggest product and workflow improvements.
Jira & Sprint Management
- Create and organize Jira tasks.
- Break features into actionable development tasks.
- Maintain sprint backlog.
- Track task progress.
- Follow up on blockers.
- Prepare sprint summaries.
Product Assets & Documentation
- Organize project folders and documentation.
- Maintain naming conventions.
- Structure product resources.
- Ensure documentation remains accessible and up to date.
Release Management Support
- Maintain release notes.
- Track completed features.
- Verify release readiness checklists.
- Coordinate release documentation.
Analytics & Tracking
- Maintain analytics event documentation.
- Track feature KPIs.
- Document monitoring requirements.
- Maintain analytics implementation checklists.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with founders and different teams.
- Gather technical and product requirements.
- Clarify documentation where needed.
- Follow up on pending dependencies.
- Ensure features are ready before development begins.
Reporting
- Weekly project progress reports.
- Documentation status reports.
- Pending task reports.
- Risk and blocker reports.
