About GBG EV

GBG EV, a division of GoBabyGo Cabs Private Limited, is building an integrated electric-mobility technology platform for EV riders, investors, technicians, fleet operations and vehicle hubs.

Our ecosystem includes Rider, Technician and Investor mobile applications, along with web-based Admin and Hub Management Panels. The platform manages rider onboarding, KYC, vehicle rental, payments, digital agreements, wallets, GPS tracking, fleet inventory, maintenance and investor payouts.

We are establishing an in-house IT team to take complete ownership of the platform and support the company’s future expansion.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst who can understand GBG EV’s business operations and convert them into clear, testable and practical product requirements.

You will work with riders, hub managers, fleet operations, technicians, finance, investor relations and the engineering team. You will own product requirements, priorities, workflows, acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing.

This role requires someone who can understand complex operational processes and simplify them into effective mobile and web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Study the existing SOW, applications, admin panels and operational processes.
- Conduct structured discussions with the Founder, Operations, Finance, Support, Hub and Technology teams.
- Identify differences between the approved scope, delivered features and actual business requirements.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for the Rider, Technician and Investor applications.
- Manage requirements for the Super Admin, Investor Admin and Hub Management Panels.
- Convert business requirements into user journeys, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix connecting the SOW with delivered and pending features.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business impact, user requirements, urgency and technical dependencies.
- Define workflows for rider onboarding, OTP verification, KYC, references and account approval.
- Define rental plans, security deposits, agreements, vehicle assignment and QR-based pickup processes.
- Document wallet, rental deduction, payment, refund and reconciliation rules.
- Define investor onboarding, investment, agreement,



asset-allocation and payout workflows.
- Document technician onboarding, job assignment, maintenance, earnings and service-completion processes.
- Define admin roles, permissions, approval levels and exception-handling workflows.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations and release planning.
- Conduct UAT with business and operations teams before production releases.
- Track product issues, user feedback and production defects.
- Define and monitor product and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with third-party payment, KYC, e-signature, GPS and telematics providers.
- Maintain product documentation, process documents and release notes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis or digital-platform implementation.
- Experience working on mobile applications and web-based admin platforms.
- Strong ability to create business requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with workflow mapping, gap analysis and process documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, mobile apps and third-party integrations.
- Experience managing product backlogs through Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps or a similar tool.
- Strong UAT planning and execution experience.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially for financial and operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EV mobility, fleet rental, logistics, fintech, transportation or field-force platforms.
- Experience with KYC, payment gateways, wallets, payouts or e-signature workflows.
- Understanding of GPS, telematics,



fleet tracking or vehicle-management systems.
- Experience working with operational teams, frontline users or hub-based businesses.
- Experience with analytics tools and product KPI reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or prototyping tools.

Success in the First 90 Days

- Complete a detailed review of the existing SOW and delivered platform.
- Identify missing, incomplete and incorrectly implemented requirements.
- Prepare a prioritised product backlog and release roadmap.
- Document all critical rider, investor, technician, hub and admin workflows.
- Establish clear acceptance criteria for every development task.
- Create a structured UAT and release-approval process.
- Define measurable product and operational KPIs.
- Reduce requirement-related confusion and development rework.
