Role Description The Product Manager role at Enphamed Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Product

Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, from market research and concept development to launch, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Daily responsibilities include defining product strategy, coordinating with R&D;, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams, and ensuring alignment with clinical and commercial objectives. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing product forecasts and performance reports.





The Product

Manager will also collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop positioning, promotional materials, and training content, while ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Product management and strategy skills, including roadmap development, lifecycle management, and market positioning.

Experience in market research, data analysis, and understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D;, medical, regulatory, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and basic pharmacology or therapeutic areas (e.g., nephrology, nutrition).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear product briefs, reports, and training materials.

Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an advantage.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical product management or brand management is preferred.

Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered decision-making.
