Reo. Dev is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Product Manager to join its early-stage team and help shape the future of AI-driven developer intelligence platforms. In this role, you will work directly with the founders, take ownership of key product modules, and lead the development of new Data & AI capabilities across the platform. This is an opportunity to build products from the ground up in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup environment.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.

- Build and launch new AI and data-driven product features.
- Improve and scale existing product workflows and experiences.
- Talk directly with users to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
- Translate customer insights into clear product decisions and execution plans.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ship quickly and iterate fast.
- Prioritise ruthlessly and focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Write product specs, manage sprints, and maintain delivery documentation.
- Think beyond features to drive long-term growth, retention, and product value.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of Product Management experience in early-stage tech startups.
- Robust exposure to B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working on self-serve product journeys is preferred.
- Understanding of complex technical systems and scalable architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Data & AI products and intelligent systems.
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
