We are seeking a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in driving digital products from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product requirement definition, user story creation, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a working understanding of UI/UX design tools.

You should have experience in market research and be expected to consume, interpret, and apply market insights, even if you are not personally conducting every research activity.

You will act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering teams owning product requirements, prioritization, and delivery while ensuring customer and business outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear scope, objectives, success metrics, and constraints

Translate business and user needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria

Work closely with engineering teams during grooming, sprint planning, and execution to ensure clarity and on-time delivery

Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to conceptualize, validate UI/UX flows and wire frames

Create or review UI/UX designs using Figma or similar design tools, including AI- assisted design tools where applicable and required

Perform market research to help align the product features as per the need

Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility

Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data,



and market insights to inform product decisions

Coordinate with QA, engineering, and operations teams to support release readiness and go-live activities

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress clearly to internal stakeholders

Required Skills Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for digital products

Solid experience in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to perform market research and incorporate the insights

Good to Have:

Working knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent

Experience using AI-based tools for ideation, wireframing, or design assistance

Exposure to usability testing and user research methods

Experience working on B2B, SaaS, or Fintech products

Basic understanding of APIs, Cloud, technical aspects in an application.
