Product

Analyst – AI & Technology Location: Gurugram, India Work Mode: On-site Experience: 1–4 years Function: Product / Analytics About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who can sit at the intersection of users, data, product and technology. The role is not limited to reporting metrics. You will understand how users interact with our products, identify friction points, analyse product behaviour and convert insights into actionable product improvements. Responsibilities

Analyse user behaviour, product workflows and product adoption.

Identify friction points, recurring issues and product improvement opportunities.

Gather and synthesise user feedback and usage insights.

Conduct root-cause analysis of product and workflow issues.

Translate insights into clear and prioritised recommendations.

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement improvements.

Track product outcomes and close the feedback loop.

Support product experimentation and measurement.

Use analytics,



AI and structured problem-solving to improve product experience.

Help build a continuous feedback loop between users, data and product development. Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analytics or a similar role.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand user behaviour and identify underlying problems.

Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.

Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels and experimentation.

Ability to convert data and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
