We’re hiring | Fixed Income & Real Assets

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of investing, deal-making and portfolio management, with an interest in the evolving world of Fixed Income & Real Assets.

Ideal experience: 4+ years The role will span:

? Investment Management — Fixed Income, Structured & Performing Credit, Special Situations, Direct Origination, REITs, InvITs and other yield-oriented opportunities

? Fund Management & Monitoring — Portfolio performance, asset allocation, liquidity, concentration, risk metrics and investment committee reporting

? Deal Sourcing & Evaluation — Building relationships across Investment Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, sponsors, REIT/InvIT managers and intermediaries; evaluating opportunities through financial modelling, credit analysis and due diligence

? Product Structuring & Execution — Supporting the structuring and launch of Fixed Income & Real Asset products,



working closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations

? Research & Market Intelligence — Tracking credit, infrastructure, real estate, REITs and InvITs; developing investment notes, thematic research and market commentary

? Third-Party Product Assessment — Evaluating AIFs, NCDs, REITs, InvITs and other yield-oriented products and managers

? Client & Distribution Support — RM training, client discussions, fundraising initiatives and portfolio construction discussions This is a high-ownership role with exposure across the investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting to portfolio monitoring, product execution and client engagement.
