Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement operations for indirect categories such as MEP, Facility Management Services, Land Transportation, Fleet Management, Catering & Food, Travel Management, Security Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Courier & Logistics, Warehousing & Stores.

- Develop category strategies aligned with business objectives and drive cost savings initiatives through sourcing activities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-9 years of experience in procurement management or a related field.

- Solid understanding of Ariba Sourcing software (or similar systems).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.

- Ability to analyze data to drive insights-driven decision making.
