About This Role?

Prime Financial Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager / Senior Manager - IT Procurement to establish and lead our procurement function while driving strategic sourcing, supplier governance, commercial negotiations and cost optimisation initiatives across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to build a procurement capability from the ground up in a growing international financial services business and partner directly with senior leaders across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping procurement strategy, supplier management practices and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Establish and embed Prime's procurement framework, governance structure and supplier management practices.

Lead strategic sourcing activities across global IT and corporate spend categories.

Manage procurement of

- Software Licensing
- SaaS Platforms
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Cyber Security Solutions
- Enterprise Applications
- IT Infrastructure
- Telecommunications
- Managed Services
- Qualified & Consulting Services
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations and commercial management activities.




- Drive procurement transformation, supplier consolidation and cost optimisation programs.
- Develop procurement reporting, governance and performance management frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Deliver measurable procurement savings and commercial outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or IT Procurement experience.
- Strong experience negotiating global supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated experience procuring software, cloud, SaaS and technology services.
- Exposure to international procurement environments across multiple geographies.
- Experience managing global vendors across North America, Europe, APAC or Australia.
- Strong supplier management and vendor governance experience.
- Proven track record delivering procurement savings and optimisation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership teams.

Highly Desirable

- Experience establishing or transforming a procurement function.
- Experience within Financial Services,



Professional Services, Consulting or Corporate Services environments.
- Australian procurement exposure or experience supporting Australian businesses.
- Experience working with global procurement governance frameworks.
- Exposure to procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, GEP or ServiceNow.
