Role Description The Procurement Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing purchasing activities and ensuring efficient, cost-effective sourcing of products and services that support PInterview’s operations. This role will manage end-to-end procurement processes, including creating and tracking purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
The Procurement
Lead will monitor market trends, analyze spend data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
This position also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Procurement and Purchase Orders skills, with experience managing end-to-end purchasing cycles.
- Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation skills to assess vendor performance and secure competitive terms.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize costs, and support decision-making.
- Experience with procurement tools or ERP systems and familiarity with standard procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
- Prior experience in a procurement or sourcing role within a technology or online services organization is advantageous.
