About the Role RCasa is looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to support sourcing, vendor coordination and product procurement for home décor, lifestyle, corporate gifting and event gifting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Source products across gifting, home décor, packaging, lifestyle accessories and customized merchandise. ● Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers. ● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs and delivery timelines.

● Arrange samples, catalogues and product options as per client requirements. ● Maintain vendor databases, pricing sheets and procurement records.

● Coordinate with sales, design and operations teams for timely sourcing and execution.

● Follow up on purchase orders, production status, customization and dispatch timelines.

● Ensure quality,



cost efficiency and timely delivery across all procurement requirements. ● Track market trends and explore new product ideas for RCasa’s gifting portfolio.

Required Skills ● Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, merchandising or vendor coordination. ● Robust communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. ● Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

● Eye for quality, design and product presentation. ● Experience in gifting, home décor, packaging or lifestyle products will be preferred.
