Profile Overview

As an Process Specialist , you will contribute to AI training and evaluation projects involving text, images, audio, and video . Your work will help improve how modern AI systems understand, interpret, and respond to different types of information.

What You'll Do

- Analyze and evaluate multimodal AI datasets , including text, images, audio, and video.
- Label, classify, validate, and review AI training and evaluation data according to detailed project guidelines.
- Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, quality issues, and potential errors within datasets.
- Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking to evaluate complex or nuanced scenarios.
- Review AI-generated content and assess it against defined quality and accuracy criteria, where applicable.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across assigned tasks.
- Use proprietary AI platforms, annotation tools, and digital workflows to complete project requirements.
- Follow project documentation, quality standards, and process updates accurately.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements, workflows, and evaluation criteria.
- Consistently meet defined quality, productivity, and project benchmarks .

- Ability to understand and follow detailed technical or project documentation.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, data analysis, or data annotation is an advantage, but not mandatory.
