Key Responsibilities

- Lead advanced analytics and forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
- Understand business objectives and develop analytical models and solutions that drive business impact.
- Build and manage robust client relationships while serving as a key offshore point of contact for projects and accounts.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to clients and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver high-quality consulting engagements within timelines and project budgets.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop hypotheses, and present compelling business stories using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Explore and evaluate AI/ML approaches to solve business problems and identify the most suitable analytical techniques.
- Perform data exploration and visualization to generate actionable insights and support robust model deployment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks,



and keep stakeholders informed throughout the engagement.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, research, and data-driven storytelling.
- Drive capability building by leveraging new data sources and advanced analytical methodologies.
- Motivate teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes while supporting talent development and retention.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or Advanced Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical data assets such as Rx, Specialty, Longitudinal Patient, and Volume/Value datasets.
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Deep Learning techniques is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach.
