Role Overview: Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Manager to take care of Mnow (Hyperlocal) central operations and program management on key strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with around 4-10 years of work experience in Quick Commerce Supply Chain, analytics and program management with a passion for driving improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities: Real-time Operations Monitoring & Exception Management: Proactively monitor Quick Commerce shipments within the designated hyperlocal network Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis on hyperlocal delivery performance metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer experience

Manage multi dimensional programs and new initiatives with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and inventory flow.

Lead the creation of reports and dashboards to identify issues and drive corrective actions

Drive cross-functional initiatives to solve problems and improve efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:



Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Deep knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes, particularly in a hyper-local or last-mile delivery environment.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Solid ability to analyze supply chain metrics, interpret data from dashboards, and use insights to make informed decisions. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Google suite is a must.

Project & Program Management: Exceptional skills in managing complex projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to launch.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify root causes of operational issues and implement structural, long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Master s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, project management or a related field.

Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like R or Python is a plus. This role is perfect for a senior professional who can independently deliver the key charters and take on new challenges while contributing to Myntra s goals of enhancing delivery and customer satisfaction.
