Role Description The Presales Manager – IT will lead and manage presales activities, working closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and position IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software solutions for prospective clients. This full-time on-site role in New Delhi involves understanding client requirements, conducting solution presentations and demos, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and supporting bid management and pricing.

Manager will collaborate with technical experts to translate business needs into solution architectures, create compelling technical and commercial documentation, and ensure alignment with customer expectations. The role also includes building strong client relationships, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, tracking market and technology trends, and contributing to presales processes, tools, and best practices to drive growth across enterprise and public sector accounts. Qualifications

Robust foundation in Information Technology with exposure to IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and software solutions.

Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively understand customer environments and solution requirements.

Proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring presales engineers and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities, with strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., cloud, security, networking) are an advantage.

Experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise or public sector IT environments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, manage multiple opportunities, and meet timelines with attention to detail.

Comfort with on-site client engagements in New Delhi and occasional travel as required.
