Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site execution, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and manage civil works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and safety standards.
Prepare and verify measurement sheets, RA bills, and contractor bills.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, local regulations,



and statutory requirements.
Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Assist in estimation, material planning, and cost control.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation.
Valuable understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
