We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to drive the modernization and migration of legacy Java applications to modern, cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and experience leading large-scale application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
Experience with legacy Java technologies such as J2EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB, or Struts.
Proven experience leading application modernization or migration projects.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and database migration strategies.
Solid knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle,



Jenkins/GitLab CI, and CI/CD pipelines.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with Project Reactor or Kotlin.
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and Microservices security best practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
