Architect – Client Services & Project Coordination

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Manage client and franchise communication from order to project completion.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams.
Plan site measurements, installations, and project schedules.
Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time project delivery.
Coordinate and manage the Client Services team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain high levels of client and franchise satisfaction.

Requirements
B.Arch preferred.
3–6 years of experience in architecture, interiors, or project coordination.
Experience in quotations, project coordination, and team management.
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory.
