Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet calling targets.

Responsibilities:-
Call customers from provided databases.
Promote products/services and answer queries.
Schedule meetings or convert leads into sales.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:-
Minimum 12th pass.
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling experience is a plus.

Salary:-

₹12,000–₹25,000/month + incentives
