Job Opening – IT Support Engineer

Location: Nemawar Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Install software updates, patches, and security fixes.
Configure and troubleshoot email clients and collaboration tools.
Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN connections, and internet connectivity.
Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures.
Document incidents,



solutions, and technical procedures in the help desk system.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and training to users on IT systems and applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
