HavStrategy is looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
Track key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to scale brand growth

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical and reporting skills
D2C/eCommerce or agency experience preferred
Result-oriented mindset with solid execution skills
