We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AJAX Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machines. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical service, ensuring machine uptime, and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and maintenance of AJAX Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
Attend customer breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with customers and the service team to ensure high service standards.
Recommend spare parts and maintenance requirements to customers.
Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related Engineering field.




Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or similar industries preferred.
Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Willingness to travel to customer locations daily.
Valid driving license preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
