We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Unpaid HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. Its an unpaid Chance

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction coordination, and ID creation.
Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Help in preparing HR reports, letters, and notices.
Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources / Masters in Human Resources / related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
