Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Call customers who make inquiries and understand their requirements.
Explain our services, pricing, packages, and available booking slots.
Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments/bookings.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and cancellations.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure bookings are completed smoothly.
Contact customers after service completion to collect feedback and check customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat bookings and additional services.
Maintain skilled and friendly communication with every customer.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
