Role Overview
The Studio Floor Assistant ensures smooth daily operations by managing materials and supporting the production team. You will coordinate directly with Masters, Karigars (Artisans), and Embroiderers in a rapid-paced fashion workshop.

Material & Inventory Management
Organize fabrics, threads, trims, and embellishments.
Issue required materials to artisans daily.
Track inventory levels to prevent production delays.
Source missing materials from local markets quickly.

Production Support
Hand over cut pieces from Masters to Karigars.
Transfer semi-stitched garments to the embroidery team.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free workshop floor.
Explicit leftover scraps from workstations regularly.

Quality Control & Finishing
Inspect finished pieces for loose threads.




Check embroidery for missing beads or tears.
Steam, iron, and tag completed garments.
Pack orders securely for client delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent spoken communication to manage artisan teams.
Ability to work under tight production deadlines.
Prior experience in a fashion boutique or workshop is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
