Neo Surgical is looking for a detail-oriented Design Engineer to create and maintain accurate engineering drawings for orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and related products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical drafting, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models.
Create detailed engineering drawings with dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and material specifications.
Develop assembly drawings, exploded views, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Revise and update existing drawings as per engineering change requests.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Maintain drawing records and documentation according to company standards.
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable industry standards and manufacturing requirements.

Requirements




Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in engineering drawing and drafting (Freshers with strong CAD skills may also apply).
Positive understanding of GD&T;, machining processes, and manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge of orthopedic implant or medical device manufacturing is an added advantage.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience creating production-ready manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge of CNC machining and machining tolerances.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering standards.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
