This is a full-time on-site role for an Application engineer IPCS is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Engineer to expand our footprint in the Pune market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation products, including servo systems, robotics, VFDs, and industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and expand market share in the Pune region.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients in the automation industry.
Provide technical presentations and solutions tailored to client needs.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1 years in automation products (servo systems, robotics, VFDs, etc.).
Location: Solid network and experience in the Pune industrial market.
Education:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,455.26 per month
