Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high-quality customer support. The role requires a willingness to learn, travel for onsite service assignments, and provide technical assistance to customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Assisting senior technicians in day to day operations and technical activities.
Learning and performing basic technical task such as quality inspection, functional tests, repairs of products, instructed by your supervisor.
Supporting in equipment handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Documenting technical procedures and reporting issues or malfunctions
Participating in training sessions and completing assigned learning modules.
Following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Any other responsibilities assigned to you from time to time
Perform onsite and offsite service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting,



and repair of equipment as assigned.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers through video calls whenever required.
Deliver product operation and basic technical training to customers to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and secure handling of equipment.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant service or maintenance experience will have an added advantage.
Physically fit and willing to travel for onsite service assignments and handle equipment.
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Important Note:
This is a full-time salaried position.
No fees or payments are required from candidates at any stage of recruitment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
