2–5 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality operations.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, Senior Steward, or Team Leader preferred.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced restaurant setting.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
