Job Title: Java Developer (Fresher to 3 Years)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Java Developer to join our development team. This position is open for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a basic understanding of Java technologies and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Core Java
Work with Advanced Java concepts (JDBC, Servlets, JSP basics)
Build and maintain backend applications using Spring Boot
Use Hibernate / JPA for database operations
Work with databases like MySQL
Write clean and efficient code
Fix bugs and improve application performance
Work closely with senior developers and team members

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of Core Java




Understanding of OOP concepts
Basic knowledge of Spring Boot
Basic understanding of Hibernate / JPA
Knowledge of MySQL Database
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have)
Internship or academic project in Java
Basic understanding of REST APIs
Familiarity with Git

Freshers with solid Core Java knowledge and academic projects in Spring Boot are encouraged to apply. Training and mentorship will be provided.
