Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Location: ADYAR, Chennai.

Timing: 9.30 am to 7.30pm

Note: Previous experience in customer service or front office is an advantage.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Telephone Operator for our textile showroom in Chennai. The role involves attending customer calls, handling inquiries about products, offers, and discounts, and providing excellent service over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Share accurate information on fabrics, prices, discounts, and offers.
Record customer details and pass information to the sales team when required.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.





Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
Fluent in Tamil and English with good communication skills.
Polite, qualified telephone manners.
