Role Overview

 The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, consultation, and loan processing while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a balance of telecalling, client engagement, and business development, with solid emphasis on achieving sales targets.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in CRM systems and loan management tools.
