We are looking for a compassionate, patient-focused, and excellent communicator to join our team as a Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support patient care activities, coordinate with doctors and therapists, and serve as the first point of contact for patients by handling phone calls, appointment scheduling, and enquiry resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to patient phone calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, treatments, appointments, and follow-up care.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Assist doctors during OPD consultations and clinical procedures as required.
Record patient details, maintain medical records, and update the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Coordinate with doctors, therapists,



laboratory, pharmacy and reception for smooth patient flow.
Guide patients regarding investigations, treatment plans, and hospital procedures.
Monitor admitted patients and report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.
Maintain nursing documentation and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and NABH standards.
Follow infection control practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
Participate in patient education and counselling under the guidance of doctors.

Pay: ₹13,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
