We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager with a solid background in Resource Mobilization to lead branch operations and drive investment business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch targets for Deposits/Investments (FD & RD).
Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate customers.
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, with a robust focus on Resource Mobilization.
Proven track record in investment and deposit business.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹17,762.21 - ₹66,675.80 per month
