Responsibilities
Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.
Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.
Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications
Proven experience in loan processing or telecalling, preferably both.
Strong knowledge of loan products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced setting.
