About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Partner with 2–3 years of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through various sales channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
