Souzagad is a growing boutique hospitality brand offering premium heritage homes and unique vacation stays. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to ensure our properties run smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across properties.
Ensure villas are guest-ready, clean, and well-maintained.
Lead and supervise housekeeping, caretakers, and maintenance teams.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
Manage inventory, procurement, and operational expenses.




Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Improve processes and maintain high service quality.

Requirements
2–5 years of operations experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, villas, or homestays.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and operational software.
Willing to travel between properties when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,383.68 per month
