Key Responsibilities
Install cold storage rooms, refrigeration units, and insulated PUF panels.
Install compressors, condensers, evaporators, piping, and control panels.
Charge refrigerant gases (R404A, R407C, R410A, etc.).
Test systems for gas leakage and repair leaks.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor temperature, humidity, and system performance.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
Replace faulty components such as compressors, expansion valves, contactors, sensors, and fan motors.
Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures while handling refrigerants and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with project engineers during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills
Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems.
Experience with scroll, reciprocating, and screw compressors.
Ability to read refrigeration piping and electrical drawings.
Refrigerant charging, recovery, and vacuuming.




Brazing and copper pipe installation.
Electrical troubleshooting (single-phase and three-phase).
PLC and temperature controller knowledge is an advantage.
Understanding of food cold storage temperature requirements.

Qualifications
ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in cold storage or industrial refrigeration.
Experience with Freon refrigeration systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
