Job Title: Chemical Executive (Powder Coating)
Location: Aklacha, Kheda, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or Any Degree in Chemistry
Job Responsibilities:
Operate & monitor 7 Tank / 11 Tank Pretreatment (PT) Line.
Maintain chemical bath parameters (pH, concentration, temperature).
Knowledge of Surface Treatment, Zinc Phosphate & Transition/Conversion Coating.
Ensure pretreatment quality before powder coating.
Maintain chemical records and inventory.
Follow quality and safety standards.
Preferred Industry:
Powder Coating / Surface Treatment / Metal Finishing
