Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for a Data Engineer (3–6 years) to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-performance data systems.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
Optimize data processing systems for performance and scalability.
Integrate data from diverse systems using APIs and streaming platforms.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams for data solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.




Mentor junior team members and review deliverables.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
Solid experience with SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks.
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.).
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong problem-solving and technical design skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with data modeling and warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.).
Experience in real-time data processing.
